Prof. Chu-Yu Chen received his BS degree in engineering science from National Cheng-Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 1990, and he received his PhD degree in system engineering from Oakland University, MI, in November 1999. Dr. Chen is currently a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at National University of Tainan, Taiwan. His research interests include electromagnetic compatibility, microwave circuit design and computational electromagnetics.

She got the B.S. in Electronic Engineering & Information Science (EEIS) from University of Science and Technology of China(USTC) in 2010.
