Biography and Current Research

I received my B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Alexandria University, Egypt, in 2014. I received M.Sc. degree in wireless technologies from the Wireless Intelligent Networks Center (WINC), Nile University, Egypt, in 2016. I completed my Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Arizona, in 2022.

My current research interests are:

  • Privacy Preserving Technologies

  • Wireless Communications

  • Distributed Computing

  • Machine Learning

  • Information Theoretic Security

  • Graph Analytics

Recent News

  • Announcement: I have successfully defended my Ph.D. dissertation, and will be moving to Princeton University.

  • (June 2022): Received the 2022 ICML full participation grant.

  • (May 2022): New Conference Paper and Journal Paper:

    • “Differentially Private Community Detection for Stochastic Block Models”, has been accepted in ICML 2022.

    • “On the DoF of X-Networks with Synergistic Alternating CSIT: A Step Towards Integrated Communications and Sensing”, IEEE Canadian Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering, accepted with minor revision.
