Pipe clogged due to water hardness
Due to the accumulation of minerals inside the pipe tubing, the flow area
is greatly reduced; this increases punping costs and greatly diminishes heat tranfer.
In order to fix the problem the pipe needs to be replaced or chemically cleaned.
